Q: Could you please tell me more about shipping?
A: We ship all of products via Canada Post. After payment is confirmed, products shall be sent within 24 hours and should arrive within 3-7 days in Canada and 4-12 days in the USA. Please expect longer wait times for secluded areas.
Q: Will I be charged taxes?
A: Residents of Quebec are charged both GST and PST. Residents of the rest of Canada are charged only GST. Since January 1st, 2008, the GST rate has been lowered to 5%.

Q: How do I know that my credit card info is secure?
A: We use Paypal as our payment Gateway. Upon checking out, you will be sent to Paypal’s secure 128bit server in order to pay. No where along the way will we have access to your payment information
